QUARTARARO STRUGGLES TO 19TH IN SEPANG PRACTICE

Fabio Quartararo endured a difficult Friday at Sepang, ending Malaysian Grand Prix practice third-slowest and 19th overall. The 2021 champion ran wide several times in the afternoon as he struggled to control his Yamaha M1 around the fast 5.4km circuit. Visibly frustrated and unable to explain the poor form, he said: “I’ve not struggled so much at Sepang in a long time.”
