MARCO BEZZECCHI SAYS HIS SUMMER STRUGGLES WERE DRIVEN BY OVERTHINKING

Marco Bezzecchi said he struggled to “stop overthinking” during a difficult summer spell that hurt his form. The problems began at the Hungarian GP when he was caught in an opening-lap crash with teammate Jorge Martin. Still in pain, he then crashed out of the Brno sprint and, in frustration, hit a marshal, which led to a ban. Bezzecchi later admitted the sequence triggered a mental spiral.
