QUARTARARO SAYS HONDA MOVE IS ABOUT A BETTER PACKAGE AND A FRESH START

Fabio Quartararo said his switch to Honda for MotoGP in 2027 is driven by wanting a stronger overall package and the chance for a “fresh start.” After eight years in the premier class—six with Yamaha’s factory team—he explained he has become increasingly frustrated with Yamaha’s direction. Quartararo expects to help lead Honda’s MotoGP revival from next season.
