RAZGATLIOGLU CONSIDERED QUITTING AUSTRIAN GP OVER GRIP ISSUES

Toprak Razgatlioglu said he was so frustrated by a lack of grip from the Michelin tyres at the Austrian Grand Prix that he considered retiring from the race. He ultimately continued, saying he did so “out of respect” for Yamaha. The reigning World Superbike champion has found his move to MotoGP difficult this year, despite occasional flashes of pace.
