The 2026 MotoGP testing calendar included two race-rider sessions for an early run-in with the new Pirelli tyres that will replace the current supplier in 2027. The first test was held on the Monday after the Czech Republic Grand Prix on 22 June, with no official results published. Austria is set to host the final Pirelli test of the 2026 programme, aside from any private tyre work carried out by test riders.
