EZPELETA SAYS ADELAIDE CIRCUIT WILL MEET MOTO GP SAFETY STANDARD

MotoGP deputy CEO Carlos Ezpeleta said the new Adelaide circuit, set to replace Phillip Island for the Australian Grand Prix from 2027, satisfies the championship’s safety and run-off requirements. Ezpeleta described Adelaide as “one of the safest circuits on the calendar.” Phillip Island will host its final race in 2026 before the series moves to Adelaide next season.
