MotoGP deputy CEO Carlos Ezpeleta said racing at the new Madrid Formula 1 circuit is not currently planned because the track is “not suitable for MotoGP.” He added that fans should not expect a wave of Adelaide-style venues on the calendar. Ezpeleta noted MotoGP is looking to explore new territories and initiatives under Liberty Media’s ownership after the company’s takeover.
